digg spy

I've been a big fan of digg for a month or two now, and digg spy is a horrible idea, for no other reason than once I get to the page I have problems looking away, I wish they never made this damn page. The newest tech news updated in real time, digg just keeps getting better and better, how I wish I had never found it.

Google Adds Widgets to Homepage

I found this on Slashdot.

Panaphonix writes
Google announced that their personalized homepage now has an API for developers to add their own modules. Samples are available in this directory.

This is pretty cool, I'm already a fan of google/ig, so I'm looking forward to see what people can make with this API.

The X-Men 3 Teaser Trailer!

20th Century Fox has launched the eXcellent teaser trailer for X-Men 3! You can watch the teaser in High Definition QuickTime and regular QuickTime formats

I'm really looking forward to this movie, like a lot of others I really enjoyed the first two movies. Many people seem to think that the movie isn't going to be good at all since Singer left to direct the new Superman Movie. I'm a bit wary myself, but the cast was only under contract to do the first two films, I don't think they would have come back had the script not been worth comming back for. I could be wrong but I hope I'm not. X-Men movies are what brought comic book flicks back to life in my opinion.

Mario Kart DS Online

Well after waiting ages for EBgames to deliver Mario Kart for my DS I've been having a blast with it. So for about a week or so I've been playing the single player version because i didn't have any WiFi here at home and you need a browser to log in at school.

I decided to get a Wireless router because it was only a bit more expensive that the USB thing that Nintendo is selling and it is more usefull. I got it set up with very few problems. My DS kept stealing the IP of my computer, so I fiddled with the router a bit, and all is well.

The game plays online just as good as it does in single player mode. I got my ass kicked a few times but I think I'm getting the hang of it. I would definitly recomend this game to anyone, single player is awesome and multiplayer is just added goodness.

I would have to give Mario Kart DS like 9.7/10 or something stupid high like that.
